Guy took 100k from Naeto C under false pretence

Naeto C gave 100k  to a guy who asked him for 50k for school fees,  the guy tried his luck by pretending to need the amount for his school fees, luckily for him, Naeto C asked for his account number and sent it to him. He showed appreciation but took the money to the
club.
Now, after being duped how will Naeto C want to give out money again? This guy has just spoilt  some genuine people's luck.
