Fresh session with low turn out

Yup, a fresh session has started with a low number of students and freshers compared to previous years I'll say this year is the lowest.
VIP and presidential hostels have been
given out to girls, while no hostel is given out to guys yet, but probably will be given out today. Some 400lvl students speaking said, they just came in to get hostel accommodation but will soon be returning to there place of Industrial Training (IT), while some are not just ready to resume now.
Meanwhile on other news, the number of students staying off-k has doubled
