kim Jong- un to take on Kim Kardashian in emoji battle

Yes, you did read that right. You can now
discuss Kim Jong-un with your friends
on WhatsApp with a new set of emoji
gunning for Kim Kardashian at the top of-
Apple’s apps chart.
Forget Donald Trump v Hillary Clinton , or

Kanye West v Whiz Khalifa , the real
rivalry set to dominate 2016 is Kim Jong-
un v the most famous Kardashian.
A new set of #Kimunji emoji dedicated to
the Supreme Leader has been launched
featuring Kim, his dad, long-term fan
Dennis Rodman and a few missiles.
The emoji was created by US web designer
Ben Gillin in response to the popularity of the Kardashian set, which topped Apple’s
app charts this month.
“I decided to create Kimunji because I
wanted to see if it would get more
attention than the original Kimoji,” he
explained.
“The Kimoji demographic is young
people. The content of Kimoji is very
sexual and crass and since the
Kardashians are very influential I think
it'll have an impact moving forward for
better or worse. I'm leaning towards the
latter.”

Gillin said the reaction so far has been
mostly positive: “Most people get it and
have had fun with Kimunji. There are a
few people that are angry but you can't
make everyone happy.”
He added that he was confident Kim Jong
would defeat KK: “I'm confident. If you
search Kimoji in Google or Twitter,
Kimunji is clearly the winner.”
